Located in the heart of downtown Saint Paul, the Northwestern Building is perched on the corner of East Fourth Street and Wall Avenue directly across the street from the Farmer’s Market. The eight-story, neo-classical building once served as an administrative center for the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railroad, but now houses an eclectic group of creative businesses.
